Jad The remix is definitely the highlight for me here. Techno as a trippy, dramatic, cinematic voyage. Love how the looping bass line sounds so relentless. Favorite track: Crossing A Frozen Sea (Magazine Remix).

about

Crossing a Frozen Sea is the first release by Belgian electronic music project Red Stars Over Tokyo on Testtoon Records. His music is free-flowing, precise and emotional and references 90's Intelligent Ambient and 80's Industrial music. The 20-minute original is remixed for the B-side by the acclaimed Magazine collective from Cologne. They give the track a liquid bassline and some more forward motion, turning it into an overpowering and emotional trip.
